"Do not do business with this company. They have been unresponsive in helping me cancel my 92 year-old mother's car insurance. They say they can only talk to her, but I have her Financial Power of Attorney, which means that I am responsible to make all her financial decisions. They gave me the run-around in Dec. saying they could only talk to the other person on the policy & they would call me back. They would not return my phone calls until I called in posing as "a new client," they then said that they would have to talk to their legal department & reported that they could not take her off the policy. Funny thing, Nordstrom's, her bank, her other creditors all accept the POA as VALID. 2025 Update: When I sold my mother’s car, Barry did remove her as requested and without delay."
